How we produce honey vinegar:
Products we use for the production of vinegar are exclusively made of stainless steel packaging , they have to be clean and sterilized. From selected types of honey in our offer, we first produce honey wine using traditional methods by diluting the honey using certain ratio with soft spring water of unquestionable quality, which is verified by laboratory analysis. To successfully produce vinegar from honey, we need high quality honey and high quality water with as few minerals as possible. By cooking, we get the base for honey wine from which we then make specific and recognizable honey vinegar.
The process of making honey vinegar is long and requires patience and precision, it also requires specific conditions during production. After natural fermentation, the vinegar is strained through a sterilized gauze into a new sterilized container where it is to "rest" in controlled environment for at least a year so that the given liquid, our future honey vinegar, can combine with a honey flavor and to gain a specific color. Honey vinegar requires specific storage conditions without the presence of other produce. We store our honey vinegar in a cool (around 17 degrees celsius) and dark place away from the sunlight.
