Acacia honey is an excellent honey that is very light and almost transparent color, known for its mild and floral taste, which is why it is highly valued. This honey is made by bees collecting nectar from the acacia flower (Robinia pseudoacacia). Acacia trees bloom in spring, and bees diligently collect its sweet nectar. The result is honey of an almost transparent color, which when the bees collect in our apiaries, sometimes can have yellowish and greenish reflection.
