Lavender essential oil has many beneficial properties.<\/span><\/h6>\n

  1. It has a calming effect, reduces stress and anxiety, so it is used to improve sleep if you put a few drops of oil on your pillow before going to bed or put it in a diffuser.<\/li>\n
  2. It has antibacterial properties so it can be used diluted to clean cuts and wounds.<\/li>\n
  3. It works against inflammation and irritation, so when diluted it is suitable for sensitive skin and helps with eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis.<\/li>\n
  4. It does not dry out the skin, but rather hydrates and nourishes it, so it is often used as a massage oil.<\/li>\n
  5. It is used as a natural mosquito repellent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
